Our used models are guaranteed by us for 120 days.

We fully test them before they leave here. So any defects are highly unlikely.

We receive the calculators direct from the distributor that is in charge of supplying Teacher Seminars and state testing facilities.

They are used briefly for a few weeks, then returned to us to sell since they cannot be sold as new. Simple as that!

*Our guarantee covers mechanical failure and electronic defects only. If a unit you bought directly from us malfunctions we will be happy to replace it with the same or newer model.
Note: Dropping it into the toilet / sink / bathtub, or running over it with a car / bike / skateboard / steam roller / train, etc. or your pet burying it in the yard for two months is not considered a "mechanical failure". We've seen it all. We expect some scratches and normal wear and tear but the calculator must be intact for us to replace it. We check for water damage and we match the serial number on the model we receive from the customer for replacement against our database to help reduce fraud. We also cannot guarantee any programming you input into a unit that malfunctions.
