Our used models are guaranteed for 4 months.

We check each an every one that comes thru, our return rate is under 0.5%

Its very unlikely that anything will happen, but we of course would like you to feel comfortable about buying from us. There is always E-bay, but most sellers won't warranty it and we have been in business going on 5 years now.

*Our guarantee covers mechanical failure and electronic defects only. If a unit you bought directly from us malfunctions we will be happy to replace it with the same or newer model.
Note: Dropping it into the toilet / sink / bathtub, or running over it with a car / bike / skateboard / steam roller / train, etc. or your pet burying it in the yard for two months is not considered a "mechanical failure". We've seen it all. We expect some scratches and normal wear and tear but the calculator must be intact for us to replace it. We check for water damage and we match the serial number on the model we receive from the customer for replacement against our database to help reduce fraud. We also cannot guarantee any programming you input into a unit that malfunctions.
