The Dell Recovery Discs are included as well as the other software, roxio , norton etc..

I actually like it, runs FAST on this system. I know people knocked it alot, but it works fine for me.

This includes a Quad core Q8200, 320GB Hardrive , 4 GB system memory, Slot load DVD-RW, HD TV Tuner, Bluetooth, JBL Premier speakers, Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, as well as, remote control for the TV Tuner.

This was new, just opened them to test them out. These were overstock from Dell that we got in. I booted it up and played with it for a few minutes and its FAST.

It is in PERFECT condition, it is new other than us taking it out for a test drive, we used it maybe an hour to check each one out.

The system color is Midnight Grey. Windows Vista Home Premium has been installed by the factory, so all the correct drivers are on there. Please note that this computer is Windows 7 compatible.. I would leave it as Vista since it was installed by the factory..

We will replace or fix any problem. The Dell Warranty has expired since it was overstock from last year.
